To often this well meaning bumper really means all ways are equal. As a christian I am called to live at peace with my neighbor. To love the world as Jesus does. However John 14:6 is a stumbling block for most of the folks that have this bumper sticker. It’s not the Christians say that our way is the only way, its that Jesus himself said he’s the only way. I used to live in the peoples republic of Lawnrece, KS….this bumper sticker was super trendy. If I were to tell them that Jesus is the only way, they’d flip and probably wouldn’t be very tolerant of me. Nonetheless I’d still be tolerant of them even if I didn’t accept there view of all ways being equal.
